What payment methods are accepted?

When will my favourite item be restocked?

Vouchers can be purchased and redeemed online. They are valid for three years from the date of purchase. Vouchers are non-refundable.

Does ZOBO ship internationally?

Yes. We provide complimentary standard shipping, worldwide.

You may wish to select express shipping, for an additional fee.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Standard shipping typically takes between 5 to 10 days to arrive. Occasionally, delays beyond our control may occur.

Please note that once your order has been dispatched, Archives of Zobo is not responsible for any missing or lost items.

Returns

How can I return my order?

Returns Process

  1. Send an email to info@archivesofzobo.com, with accompanying photography to demonstrate that the item has been unused.
  2. Enter your email address and order number.
  3. Once you receive confirmation that we will accept a return, please mail the item to the address given to you in our return email.
  4. Please print out the returns shipping label and apply it to the outside of the box securely. Please use this to cover the original shipping label if possible.
  5. Place the items you are returning into the order box and seal them up securely.
  6. Once your order has been received and your items have passed our inspection process, We will process your refund. You will receive a final update email when your refund or exchange is processed.

You will receive email updates throughout the process, from dropping off your return to the arrival at our warehouse.

Once we have received your parcel, it can take up to 14 working days to be processed. Please note that processing times can be longer during holiday periods.



Please be aware that any unregistered items in your return will not be processed. If you need to make an amend to a processed return after the 24 hour period please contact info@archivesofzobo.com.

Can I receive a refund?

If a refund is selected, all successfully returned items will be credited to the original payment method used to purchase the items. The original shipping charges will not be refunded. Please note refunds can take up to 10 working days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers.

Can I exchange an item?

Yes. Please follow the information below.

If you would like to exchange your item for a different product, you must first return your original item and place a new order. Depending on the option you choose during the returns process, we will issue you a store credit immediately once your items are approved or issue a refund to your original payment method. Please note refunds can take up to 10 working days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers. Any duties paid for the original order my be eligible for a refund once you receive your refund receipt from us- please contact your duty payment processors for more information.

Undelivered items

In the event that your order cannot be delivered, due to incorrect information or missed deliveries these orders will be returned to us at the courier services discretion. Once your order has been returned to us you will be contacted. Customers are responsible for any additional shipping charges for redelivery.

Can I refund a sale item?

Sale items are not eligible for refunds unless specifically stated. Please be sure to read all relevant information regarding site-wide events, as we cannot be held responsible if they are skipped.
